During my time at Element 8 Designs, Schwab Enterprise requested for a logo design. Here's the one that I designed, but did not make it to the final cut. ![]() Schwab Logo After brushing the digital dust off this file from 3 years back, I understand why this logo didn't fulfill what the bear vs. bull market represented. With some "extensive research" (google), I found the following excerpt from Yahoo's Answer pages: The "bear" market is synonymous with a market that is going down. A "bull" market means that the market is going up. It comes from the early days of the stock market when bull and bear fights were common. Perhaps the bull should of have pointed upwards and the bear downwards[?]. |
