Strategy A meeting place for people in the film industry, Reel-Exchange is the equivalent of Linked-In + YouTube. The site offers exclusive memberships for select people within the United States. This exclusivity was conveyed by implementing a black and red color palette. Due to the heavy use of listing information throughout the site, a grid was implemented. A major functionality of the site was the Search Engine, which offered both general and advanced search. This was given high visibility by allowing it to take up more real estate in the upper right corner. Another main objective of the site was to promote interactivity. This was done by hierarchically positioning each film clip to promote competitiveness and participation within the community.
